Have you ever read Appalachian fiction? Did you even know there was such a thing? Cindy K. Sproles is one of the best authors writing in that genre and I loved her story about Minerva Jane Jenkins and her “mountain woman” life in This Is Where It Ends.
❤️ It’s happy anniversary day! My parents are celebrating 66 years and Carol and Wayne are celebrating 32. Plus, tomorrow will be Carol’s last day in the classroom before her retirement adventures begin.
🇺🇸 Grateful. 🇺🇸
📚 Current read: an advance copy of "This Is Where It Ends" by Cindy K. Sproles. Loving the characters, their stories and the full Appalachian flavor.
📚 Appalachian fiction coming June 27 by Cindy K. Sproles: This Is Where It Ends.
